Andrew Bokor is a proven serial entrepreneur with experience launching, funding, operating and growing highly successful technology businesses that have led to successful acquisitions. Andrew is a technologist at heart that possesses strong operational and business development capabilities. He thrives in fast-paced, energetic early-stage and growth-stage technology businesses.
Over the past 17 years, Andrew joined a start-up in its’ formative years and subsequently co-founded two companies. The first start-up he co-founded grew from 9 people to $60M in revenue in 18 months. That company was completely self-funded and sold to VeriSign in 2001. Andrew’s second start-up grew to 1,200 employees in 26 countries with revenue exceeding $200 million. While at his second start-up, his company acquired numerous technology and services organizations and created innovative SaaS solutions.
In each of Andrew’s ventures, he has served in both tactical and strategic roles. He has a strong technical acumen and proven business development skills. He has a solid understanding of financials and managing a P/L, and his experience in building collaborative teams and managing all aspects of a business has given him the skills to help build companies that prosper.
Andrew’s experience, achieved by building companies from the ground up, includes fundraising and investor relations, product management and marketing, talent acquisition, developing and executing business strategy, as well as sales, marketing, finance and operations. A two-year role included relocating to London and developing emerging international markets, fostering cross-cultural business skills as well as building company-wide cohesion.
Throughout Andrew’s 22 years in the technology sector, 17 of those in Information Security, Andrew has demonstrated an ability to execute. He has built countless relationships with leading executives of both small and well-known brands, working closely with them to solve their most pressing problems. Andrew prides himself in building successful teams and mentoring team members who can work effectively to achieve results.
