Emma has extensive industry expertise in retail, merchandising, financial planning, ecommerce, and marketing. She spent six years working at Bloomingdale’s in buying, financial planning, and strategy positions. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and discovering new startups.
Most recently, Emma developed and led the digital merchandising strategy for men’s ecommerce at Bloomingdale’s to deliver a seamless, integrated, omnichannel customer experience. She directed digital advertising, led assortment and inventory optimization, and set best practices for men’s sportswear, tailored clothing, outerwear, and basics.
Emma graduated from Duke University with honors, where she studied Political Science & Markets and Management. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management.
