Chicago tech raised $65M this week

It’s been a green week for Chicago’s tech scene, with four major fundings totaling $65M in fresh capital.

• Networked Insights, the Chicago data analytics company, raised $30 million in a round led by Sands Light Capital and the Cherng Family Trust, with participation from Goldman Sachs and American Family Ventures.
• E-commerce solutions provider CloudCraze plans to hire as many as 40 people this year, thanks to a $20 million round led by Insight Venture Partners. Salesforce Ventures also participated.
• Monitoring hearts from the cloud may see more widespread adoption with Endotronix’s $12 million raise, coming less than a year after a $32 million Series C.
• At-home shopping startup Mac & Mia raised a $3 million seed round to bring personalized shopping to children’s clothes shopping. The funding comes from Corazon Capital, Chicago Ventures and KGC Capital.

Persio acquired by customer management company

Clutch, a Philadelphia-based customer management and marketing analytics firm, acquired Chicago mobile marketing firm Persio. Persio will help Clutch build out mobile marketing options for clients. Terms of the deal, with were finalized last month, were not disclosed. [Press release]

Reverb hires former YouTuber as marketing director

Online music gear marketplace Reverb.com hired Dan Abel, formerly the manager of content partnerships at YouTube, as the company’s director of marketing. In his new role, Abel will drive brand strategy as Reverb continues to grow and expand its offerings. [Built In Chicago]

Road to Status announces to B2B platform

Immigration assistance service Road to Status debuted a new platform allowing businesses to meet their immigration needs. The new set of tools will help law firms, in-house counsel teams, nonprofits and HR departments to automate immigration paperwork, attract new clients and increase efficiencies. [Press release]

DevMynd adds two to board of directors amid focus on impact sector

Digital design firm DevMynd announced two new board appointees. Next Level Health president Thomas Fisher and Motorola Solutions CTO Paul Steinberg are both coming on as the company works toward its new strategic focus on the “impact sector.” That includes health, education, safety and environmental industries. NextTier Education partners with Parchment for easy transcript access

Chicago-based NextTier Education is making it easier for high school students to access their transcripts and other academic credentials in a new partnership with Parchment. The new integration hopes to simplify the college applications by streamlining the transcript process, alongside other application-related tools NextTier offers. [Press release]

RIVS acquires InterviewStream, adding 900 clients

Chicago-based RIVS, which facilitates online video interviews, has acquired InterviewStream. The acquisition brings on 900 new clients for RIVS, expanding its client base with both corporate hiring interviews and college applicant interviews. [Press release]

Keeper Security expands cloud to Europe

Password manager and digital vault provider Keeper Security announced the addition of European cloud infrastructure built on Amazon Web Services in Dublin, Ireland. The new servers will allow European customers to share information securely within EU borders as required by law. [Press release]
