Joshin, a two-way marketplace for special needs caregivers & their families, built their MVP with a singular contractor who happened to reside in Denmark. After raising their pre-seed round, Issa was ready to make the jump and begin building her in-house tech team. She had two options:

1. Spend her valuable time as a founder trying to recruit a technical leader, something she had never done before.
2. Pay a premium to a staffing agency (somewhere between 15-30% of a first year salary).
