OP’s Team Managed Recruiting During a Spike in Hiring for Cohesion

Objective Paradigm’s recruiting team was able to step in and drive recruiting for Cohesion so their leadership could focus on critical business initiatives.

Challenge

During a critical period of Cohesion’s fund raising efforts, their team was focused on continuous development of their core product, supporting new and existing customers and addressing a growing number of open positions. With no internal recruiting or HR department, Cohesion required a resource to support their talent acquisition process and a partner who can identify and recruit top talent into their organization.

Objective Paradigm was able to provide the appropriate support for different stages of Cohesion's growth. OP provided onsite resources to help manage recruiting and free up time for the Cohesion leaders to focus on core business initiatives. When Cohesion needed to identify key technical talent to fuel their growth, OP's contingency team was available to source and present top technical talent.
